A mega-church or a city-wide outreach? Both need new volunteers to help meet the ever-growing, ever-changing needs of their community. Today, people are no longer asking "Will I serve?" They are asking "Where will I serve?" And because of social media, they want to do so rapidly. Attend this workshop and find out what a faith-based organization and a city government have learned from each other. How to recruit and on-boarding for quicker results leading to engagement. Simple changes that will assist you to attract, make an enjoyable experience and employ new volunteers.
