During this brown bag, we will have a round table on:

1. How to develop a leadership volunteer program/pathways to leadership
2. Day to day recognitions for volunteers and staff
3. Creating relationships with volunteers
4. Turing episodic volunteers into long-term volunteers
5. Conflict resolution – working with difficult volunteers

Brown Bag Lunch Training: $10 for members, $15 for non-members
