About Michelle: Michelle Maghari is a native Californian. Born and raised in San Jose, she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities and a minor in Biological Sciences from California State University, Sacramento. She holds her Master of Arts in Museum Studies from John F. Kennedy University. Michelle has worked in Visitor Services in museums for over 10 years; her work has focused on developing engaging visitor experiences for a variety of institutions including the San Jose Museum of Art, Experience Museum Project|Science Fiction Museum and Hall of Fame, and the Crocker Art Museum. While at the Monterey Bay Aquarium, Michelle worked on various visitor evaluation projects. She now oversees the visitor studies, facility use, and museum store departments at the Crocker.
