"War Stories" How to deal with difficult Volunteers and Donors

Please join us for “War Stories”  - a frank, open, round-table discussion of dealing with difficult situations involving volunteers, donors, and /or staff. 

You will have the opportunity to learn from both veteran volunteer coordinators who may have had a similar experience as yours or to hear the fresh perspectives our newer colleagues bring to the table.  Whether it is a personality clash, an ethical dilemma, or a “communications mix-up”, we all look for ways to keep the volunteer experience pleasant and rewarding while maintaining our professionalism and sanity.
